Gwyneth Paltrow ski crash: 'Mum used the f word after collision', says star's son
The depositions of the film star's children, Moses and Apple, were read in court. Moses said he saw the collision, while her daughter further down the slope, heard what allegedly happened from her mother afterwards.
Gwyneth Paltrow's son says he heard his mum swear and yell at the man who is suing her over a 2016 skiing crash.
Moses Martin, who was nine when the incident happened in 2016, said he "saw" his mum on the ground and "a person behind her who had crashed".
His statement, read to the Utah court by Paltrow's legal team, said: "When I skied over I heard my mum yelling at the guy. She was saying something along the lines of 'what the f word you just ran into me'."
Terry Sanderson, a 76-year-old retired optometrist, is suing the Oscar-winning actress for $300,000 (£244,000) for allegedly crashing into him on a Utah ski slope in 2016.
Paltrow denies the claim and is counter-suing for the nominal amount of $1, saying Mr Sanderson hit her.
Paltrow has two children, Moses and Apple, from her marriage to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
A deposition from Apple was also ready out to court: "I noticed [my mother] looked a bit shocked, and I asked what happened and she said 'this a-hole ran into me, he ran right into my back'.
"She was in a state of shock and she decided after that she was not going to ski for the rest of the day which she never does, she always stays on, but she was in shock and a bit of pain."
She added: "I had never seen her shaken up like that and she was very clearly visibly upset and she had some sort of pain... she was in a little bit of pain and I remember that's why she went to the spa to get a massage.
"I remember she was very frantic. She was in a state of shock, she was very upset."
The case continues.
