Memphis disbands police unit after outcry over beating video
The police chief of the US city of Memphis has disbanded a special unit after five of its officers fatally beat a motorist during a traffic stop. The decision came a day after bodycam footage was released, showing the officers beating 29-year-old Tyre Nichols.
