French President Emmanuel Macron has arrived in the UK for his first state visit.
The Prince and Princess of Wales have greeted him and his wife Brigitte Macron at RAF Northolt.
The King and Queen will greet the French president and his wife before they journey to Windsor Castle in a carriage procession, joined also by the Prince and Princess of Wales. A state banquet will be held this evening.
It is the first state visit to the UK by a French president since 2008, when Queen Elizabeth welcomed Nicolas Sarkozy.
Macron's visit also marks the first state visit to the UK by a European leader since Brexit.
He will address parliamentarians in the Palace of Westminster's Royal Gallery before joining a UK-France summit with Sir Keir Starmer tomorrow.
